CLEANSE: Prepare 1 teaspoon of PM-Cleanse with 8 ounces of boiled water. Let it steep for 3-5 minutes. Enjoy every other night for week 1, and every third night for week 2-4.
Does it make you run to the bathroom?
Unlike other detox programs on the market - No, it should definitely not have you running to the bathroom. Most women find the cleansing effect is quite gentle, and if you do find it a bit strong, you can always shorten your infusion time.
Can I drink it if I’m breastfeeding?
Although completely natural ingredients, if you’re pregnant or breastfeeding you should not complete a detox.
