Does help with bloating

Am tea does help with bloating. If you have plan for a long day the next morning, I suggest dont take the PM tea. You will have to go to bathroom every now and then. It's not complication, its the twist and turning of your stomach that you will have to go #2. Its a smoothing sensation that cleansing your body. Doesn't help me much with the craving but I do see the difference in my tummy. Been using this for many years.

The PM Cleanse should work as a gentle cleanse, however it shouldn't have you running to the bathroom the next day. We would recommend decreasing your infusion time to weaken the effects, and be sure to keep your water intake up.
