Ok. Ok. Ok. We’re going to level with you for a quick sec. Eating healthy all the time ain’t as easy as everyone makes it sound. THERE, WE SAID IT! We pretty much pat ourselves on the back when we go a whole day without visit the snack cupboard. #realtalk
But we know that since you’ve been doing our Tummy Bootcamp (along with your Flat Tummy Shake program or Flat Tummy Tea cleanse)… you’ve been a little better at staying on track! Which is awesome. Buuut we know that by now the cheat meal cravings are starting to kick in. Yes, it’s normal. And no, you’re not alone.
But guess what? We’re here to make sure that you don’t get in. The month is almost over… we can’t have you throwing all your hard work out the window!

How many of us go to bed with the idea of packing our lunches in the AM? Probably (definitely) the majority of us. Buuuut then we hit snooze a few too many times and we end up running out the door, just to get to work on time. Next thing you know, lunchtime rolls around, and we end up grabbing some take out. And it’s safe to say, most of the time we don’t grab the healthiest option. That’s why it’s super important to spend time meal prepping. Your stomach and your wallet will thank us later.

Usually we’re stuffing our tummies with all kinds of food, but this week we’ve been working on keeping our water up and our tummies flat! With our Flat Tummy Shakes working to kick the cravings, our Flat Tummy Tea helping to speed our metabolism, plus the fact we’re downing water like it’s wine - it’s safe to say there’s definitely not as much room in there as we had last week. And let’s be real, it’s most definitely a good thing, considering all the V-Day chocolate is half price right now.

Alright babes, we’re smack down in the middle of the Tummy Redemption Challenge. Yep, time flies when you’re grinding away. We know you’ve all been sticking to it and def killing it (with a few #whoops moments here and there). So, instead of throwing some Tummy Workouts at you, we decided to switch things up. It’s (almost) the freakin’ weekend and we want to get festive.
Flat Tummy HQ is officially challenging you to put your binge watching series on pause. If you have time to watch 3 episodes of your fav show, you have time to get off your butt and do something active. Yep, so next time you think of getting cozy in your fav spot, we want you to think of this moment, when we’re calling you on your excuse for not having time. Call up a bestie & do something.
