  1. Cut Back on Veggies

    Ok, this only applies to some veggies… we said cut back, not cut out. Vegetables like broccoli, cabbage, brussel sprouts and cauliflower, have sugars and starches that can cause gas, so go easy on these.

  2. Work It

    Be real, if you want a flat tummy, you’re going to need to do at least a little exercise. No matter what kind of goals you’re trying to achieve, a little exercise here and there is defs not gonna hurt if you wanna see the best results.

  3. Fibre

    Without sounding like a total cliche, get more fibre into your diet and make sure you’re staying, as they say, regular. It’s gonna help get rid of that build up in your intestines. So, if you’ve been looking for an excuse to eat Mexican… this is it… kidney beans, white beans and black beans are super high in fibre.

  4. Stick To It And
    Track Your Progress

    When you’re starting a health kick or getting back on track, the hardest part is actually following through with it. Our tips - take a before pic (any progress is good progress), tell your girls your mission by posting about it on Insta (this holds you accountable to progress), plan workouts and meals in your diary and stay inspired (oh how we love Instagram inspo). Babe, you can’t lose!

  5. Whoops Moments

    Pasta, beer, ice cream… oh so delicious and oh so regrettable. If you’re one of the unlucky ones who can’t tolerate too much wheat and dairy… stay away from it. We know, easier said than done. But there’s a reason you react badly to it.

  6. Eat Less

    Let’s be honest, most of us could be eating smaller portions and avoiding that post food coma. It takes 20 minutes for our brains to realise that we’re full so slow down and eat less each meal. If you’re still hungry after 20 mins, then it’s pretty much a free pass to go for seconds. Try it out, we bet you’ll be surprised.

  7. Happy Hour

    Whoops… what was meant to be one drink after work turned into a taxi home at 3am. Yep, we’ve been there. Hangovers just have this way of saying “you probably shouldn’t have had that last drink, or three”. Our tip? Try keep it to a minimum while getting back on track.     So it’s been a massive week at work, one of your girlfriends is going through a meltdown and now when you look in the mirror, you feel like you haven’t made any progress… Your body is trying to tell you something… stress is not good for you (or the tummy) and you need to stop and just take it easy for a bit.
