Beet, Apple and Mint Juice

For the perfect start to the morning, make yourself a juice to go with your Flat Tummy Tea!
Ingredients
- 1 small beet, chopped
- 5 carrots, chopped
- 1 apple, cored and chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh mint sprigs
Directions

Press beet, carrots, apple, and mint sprigs through a juice extractor. Stir and serve!
