1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 vanilla bean, seeds scraped

Once blended, divide the mixture equally into popsicle molds. Freeze for at least 4-5 hours.
When the popsicles are ready, remove them from the freezer and allow them to thaw a few minutes before removing. In the meantime, melt the chocolate in the microwave. Place them in a microwave safe bowl and put them in 15 seconds at a time until completely melted. Stir between.
Once the chocolate is melted, remove the popsicles from the molds. Dip the corner of the popsicle in the chocolate and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs. Place on a baking sheet with wax paper or parchment paper and put back in the freezer for at least 15 minutes before serving.
- Having problems removing your popsicles from the molds? Hold the mold upside down under warm water and gently tug on the stick until the pop comes out.
