Cause let’s be real, we don’t want to be wasting our days inside trying to come up with the perfect treat to share with our girlfriends. Our tasty frozen treats will def leave you the talk of the night (in a good way) and have everyone asking for more!

Chocolate popsicle

Chocolate Baileys “Fudgesicles"

Flat Tummy Shakes already taught us that chocolate, can in fact be good for you. So it’s no surprise chocolate bailey's fudgesicles made #1 on the list. You can never go wrong with chocolate and alcohol, right?

Ingredients
1 scoop of Chocolate Flat Tummy Shakes
1 can full-fat coconut milk
1/4 cup of Baileys

Directions
Blend all the ingredients together and pour evenly into popsicle molds. Freeze for at least 4-5 hours.

 Orange Popsicle

Ok ok ok, so our HQ babes know that an orange creamsicle can be pretty satisfying on a hot summer's day. But, THIS Orange Creamsicle (…dare we say, dreamsicles?) will have you being the biggest hit at your next girls day.

Ingredients
1 scoop of Vanilla Shake it Baby powder
1 cup of orange juice
1 can full-fat coconut milk
1 banana

Directions
Blend all the ingredients together and pour evenly into popsicle molds. Freeze for at least 4-5 hours.

The biggest question surrounding summer treats is Chocolate, Vanilla or Strawberry - we figure, why choose? We’re hooking you up with a recipe for this babe classic crowd pleaser.

Chocolate
1 scoop Chocolate Flat Tummy Shakes
½ Banana
4 oz milk
Vanilla
1 scoop Vanilla Shake it Baby powder
½ vanilla bean, seeds scraped (or, substitute with 1 tbsp vanilla extract)
½ cup vanilla greek yogurt or plain yogurt
4 oz milk
Strawberry
1 scoop of Strawberry Flat Tummy Shakes
5 oz. coconut milk
1 Handful of frozen strawberries

Directions
Chocolate: Blend all the chocolate ingredients together and place a little bit in each popsicle mold, leaving room for the two other flavors. Place in freezer for 15 minutes.
Vanilla: Slice the vanilla bean lengthwise. Using the back of a small knife, scrape out the vanilla paste (seeds) inside. Add the vanilla to the powder, yogurt, and milk. Whisk until well combined. Pour over chocolate flavor in the popsicle mold, leaving room for strawberry. Place in freezer for 15 minutes.
Strawberry: Blend all the strawberry ingredients together and pour over the chocolate and vanilla layers.
Leave in the freezer for at least 6 hours - overnight is recommended.

Strawberry Shortcake

Our Strawberry Shortcake pops are literally to die for (seriously, give them a try yourself) and the perfect treat for any occasion - including bridal showers!

Ingredients
2 scoops of Strawberry Flat Tummy Shakes
10 oz strawberries frozen & thawed
1 overripe banana
½ cup milk
2 tbsp honey

Toppings
6 sugar cookies (crushed)
1 tbsp crushed freeze-dried strawberries
1 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)

Directions
Blend Flat Tummy Shakes, strawberries, banana, milk, and honey.
Divide into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 4-5 hours.
Pulse cookies in a food processor until small crumbs form. Take out half of the crumbs and place on a plate. Add the freeze-dried strawberries and melted butter to the food processor with the remaining crumbs. Blend until strawberry crumbs form. Mix strawberry crumbs with regular crumbs on the plate.
Once popsicles are ready, allow to briefly thaw out of the freezer (a few minutes), then dip them one by one in the crumbs. Press the crumbs in to help them adhere.
Transfer popsicles to the plate and freeze again for at least 15 minutes before serving.

Sweet dreams are made of Vanilla Cheesecake pops

If you’re looking to step your popsicle game up… like to the max - this one’s for you. It’s our Vanilla Cheesecake pop that really hits the spot, no matter the time of day.

Ingredients
2 scoops Vanilla Shake it Baby powder
8 oz. light cream cheese
½ cup non-fat plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
½ cup low-fat milk
⅔ cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 vanilla bean, seeds scraped

Toppings
½ cup of dark chocolate melts
½ cup of graham cracker crumbs

Directions
Scrape the seeds out of the vanilla bean, then place all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
Once blended, divide the mixture equally into popsicle molds. Freeze for at least 4-5 hours.
When the popsicles are ready, remove them from the freezer and allow them to thaw a few minutes before removing. In the meantime, melt the chocolate in the microwave. Place them in a microwave safe bowl and put them in 15 seconds at a time until completely melted. Stir between.
Once the chocolate is melted, remove the popsicles from the molds. Dip the corner of the popsicle in the chocolate and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs. Place on a baking sheet with wax paper or parchment paper and put back in the freezer for at least 15 minutes before serving.

  • Having problems removing your popsicles from the molds? Hold the mold upside down under warm water and gently tug on the stick until the pop comes out.
