Our Flat Tummy Weight Management Shakes are a true crowd pleaser; with 20 grams of plant based protein, 50 fruits & veggies and loaded with vitamins and minerals, it’s no surprise why! Our meal replacement shakes work to help move those stubborn lbs, control appetite, and cut the cals.* The only thing left before shakin’ things up is choosing the best flavor for you. With all 3 of our shake flavors being super tasty, we get this question ALL the time - soo we thought we’d break them down a little for you. Bonus, we’ve also included our FAV Flat Tummy Shake recipes for each one!

Flat Tummy Shakes

Chocolate

Calling all chocolate lovers (who isn’t one really?!) - you’re not going to want to miss this. Our Chocolate Shakes have a nuttier, richer taste to them. It's best described as a mix between milk & dark chocolate, the best of both worlds!

Pairs best with: peanut butter, banana, and frozen berries. Not everyone’s a peanut butter fan so be sure to check out one of our fav alternative Chocolate Shake recipes here below.

Red Velvet

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower 
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries 
  • 2 scoops Chocolate Weight Management Shake 
  • ½-¼ cup water (depending on the thickness you prefer)

Simply toss all ingredients into a blender and voila you’re ready to take that chocolate shake to a whole new level!

Vanilla

Our Vanilla Shake may be a classic, but it's far from basic! It takes Vanilla Pod flavor to a whole new level of creamy, and works perfect as a base to add in ANY of your favorite smoothies. This is definitely the choice for our versatile babes, who like to switch it up from day to day!

Cookies & Cream

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (can sub with cashew or soy milk)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 scoops Vanilla Weight Management Shake powder
  • 2 cookies (cookies of your choice, broken up)

Throw all ingredients into a blender, mix well and you’re all set to enjoy a sweet & protein packed treat!

Strawberry

Got a bit more of a sweet tooth? We’ve got you covered with our Strawberry Shake! This shake delivers that creamy and fruity flavor, brought on by the heaps of fruits we’ve added in. There’s no faking it, this smooth shake is a fav among the berry lovers! 

Pairs best with: tropical frozen fruits, banana, and peanut butter. 

Peanut Butter & Jelly Shake

Ingredients: 

  • ½ cup frozen strawberries 
  • 2-4 tablespoons Greek yogurt (depending on the thickness you prefer)
  • 2 scoops Strawberry Weight Management Shake powder
  • 1 tablespoon all natural peanut butter 
  • ½ cup water 

Add all ingredients to a blender, blend well until smooth and you’ll be in heaven with your sweet, yet healthy treat!
