I'm a real customer who spent my own money. This isn't a paid review. First I'm not a shake type of gal, so I really didn't think I would like it. But oh boy was I wrong. Vanilla is my favorite. I'm looking to order the big container they use to sale. The website has updated a lot. My first purchase was back in 2023. I also love the tea and gummies. These are all my favorite items from Flat Tummy. Consistent is key. Now I'm on a consistent journey for wellness and health Flat Tummy Is definitely a product I'll highly recommend.
