Let’s get right into it - I love snacking. If someone brings cookies into the office, you bet I’m the first one grabbing a few (one for now and one for later). I grew up being extremely active, so keeping the extra lbs off wasn’t too hard - I’ve never thought twice about reaching for baked goodies in between meals. It wasn’t until recently (late 20’s) that I noticed my tummy is starting to show all the treat myself moments.
I tried to cutback on my sweet tooth & baked goods, but turns out my self-control isn’t quite there (LOL!). I figured it was time to bring in the backup from Flat Tummy Lollipops! They said they’d help control my hunger between meals and satisfy my cravings. Sounds too good to be true, hey? But worth a shot to get this tummy back on track! Since most of my snacking happens at my desk, that’s where I kept my bag of lollipops. On the first day with lollipops as backup, someone brought homemade donuts into the office (I kid you not)! But, I knew if I was serious about getting my tummy back on track, I had to stick with it. SO, I grabbed a lollipop instead of a donut. I would’ve finished the donut in a total of 1 minute, whereas I got to suck on the lollipop for like 10/15 - so it actually kept me satisfied. Pretty good trade off too - 35 calories vs. a couple hundred.
The lollipops worked exactly how they said they would - they controlled my hunger in between meals AND they actually were satisfying. With my snacking kept to a minimum for all 4 weeks - my tummy started showing progress! I’m definitely going back for another bag because these lollipops work! 🙌🏼
