3 Refreshing Chia Pudding Popsicles to Help Drop LBS*

Hot weather hits and BOOM, instant craving for cool and creamy treats. Lucky for you, we just dropped 3 new recipes for chia pudding popsicles, packed with our Flat Tummy Shakes. They're the refreshing answer to your frozen dessert dreams - they will actually help to cut cals, kick cravings and drop the LBS... instead of packing them on.*

Double Chocolate
Calling all chocoholics, this one's for you! With our vegan, gluten-free protein it's basically a guilt-free and refreshing way to indulge.
Ingredients
2 cups low fat milk or plant-based milk of choice
2 scoops Chocolate Flat Tummy Shakes
3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
A few drops of liquid Stevia or liquid Monkfruit sweetener to taste
2 tbsp chia seeds
½ tsp pure vanilla extract
Directions
Combine all ingredients into a sealed container. Shake until all ingredients are evenly distributed. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours so the chia seeds have time to expand. Pour evenly into popsicle molds. Freeze for at least 4-5 hours.
Optional
Dip popsicles in melted dark chocolate and crushed nuts.

Blueberry Cobbler
Don't have much of a sweet tooth? You're looking at the perfect balance of a sweet n' fruity frozen treat, which will help to keep you cool in the heat.
Ingredients
2 cups low fat milk or unsweetened plant-based milk of choice
2 scoops Vanilla Flat Tummy Shakes
1 tsp cinnamon
A few drops of liquid Stevia or liquid Monkfruit sweetener to taste
2 tbsp chia seeds
½ tsp pure vanilla extract
½ cup blueberries
Directions
Combine milk, Flat Tummy Shakes, cinnamon, sweetener, chia seeds and vanilla extract into a sealed container. Shake until all ingredients are evenly distributed. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours so the chia seeds have time to expand. Pour evenly into popsicle molds. Drop blueberries into popsicle molds. Freeze for at least 4-5 hours.

Strawberries & Cream
We took one of our favorite summer desserts and packed it into a popsicle! Use locally grown strawberries for the perfect amount of sweetness, as well as added antioxidants. Your tummy will thank you later!
