It’s Katelyn here from Flat Tummy HQ! So, one thing you should know about me is that I actually was a loyal Flat Tummy customer wayyy before I started working here. But! Now that I am here, I’m actually more of a fan as I get to work with the products first hand. I love to workout, especially at home (nothing crazy, don’t worry), but I also just like to lead a healthy lifestyle, so I’m excited to share some tips with you guys! I thought I’d give you a bit of a run down of a typical day in the life of a Flat Tummy Babe (aka ME!). I’ll give my favorite workout moves, my go-to post workout recipe and also give you a little insight into my favorite flat tummy product and why!

My Workouts

So, I like to workout 5-6 days a week. Which might seem like a lot but to be honest, it’s only because I prefer short and sharp get it done exercises rather than working out for hours! My favourite day is leg day so that’s what I’m going to share with you guys! Especially now that it’s summer, I LOVE to workout outside. I just love the fresh air and being in the sun. One thing I should tell you though, is make sure you’re careful of where you’re working out so that you don’t roll your ankles! #safetyfirst

My Post Workout Meal

Ok, I have a confession. My husband is actually the main cook of my household. BUT, there are a few things that I like to make myself. And one of them is my Dairy-Free Greek Protein Bowl. I just love it! I made it up myself so there’s no specific measurements of the ingredients, I just add what I love. It’s simple and it’s delicious and it fuels me for the night! Plus I mix it in with my favourite Flat Tummy product, their Flat Tummy Shakes. Best addition ever!

Yep, you probably guessed it. I’m a loyal Flat Tummy Shake. If I’m short on time, I usually just mix them with water and drink them. But if I have time and I’m whipping it up as a meal for my supper/dinner or I’m doing my meal prep then I’ll mix them into my protein bowl. Regardless, they’re literally PERFECT for when you’re on the go! And I find that when I’m sticking to my workouts properly and also drinking these shakes, the results I see in my tummy are pretty freaking incredible!
