Hey everyone, I’m Erica! I’m really excited to be todays Babe of the Day and couldn’t wait to share my tips, recipe and workouts with you! I’m really happy with the results I’ve seen so far with my Flat Tummy Essentials Bundle, and I hope my blog helps you get started (and get back on track)!
My 3 tips to get the best results:
- Drink your Shake at the busiest part of your day. For me, I’m always the busiest in the afternoon around lunch time. I drink my Shake then when I’m out and around - it helps so I don’t get fast food!
- Mix things in with your Shakes! Use fruit and yogurt (vanilla low-fat of course).
- If you do feel a little hungry after you drink your Shake, grab a bottle of water! It’ll help hold you over and feel fuller longer.
I’ve included my favorite Shake recipe for you below!
Shake Recipe:
- 1 cup vanilla almond milk
- 1 cup mango chunks
- ½ cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 pack Vanilla Pod Shake
- Blend until smooth
- Drink!
I exercised and ate healthy because this program really does work - you just need to remember to do your part too. Check out my video above showing my typical workout. I like to incorporate different exercises to target different areas (arms, legs, core). I’ve also included pictures of my results so far!
