Tummy Bootcamp - The Meal Prep Challenge

How many of us go to bed with the idea of packing our lunches in the AM? Probably (definitely) the majority of us. Buuuut then we hit snooze a few too many times and we end up running out the door, just to get to work on time. Next thing you know, lunchtime rolls around, and we end up grabbing some take out. And it’s safe to say, most of the time we don’t grab the healthiest option. That’s why it’s super important to spend time meal prepping. Your stomach and your wallet will thank us later.

We already know breakfast is easy, Flat Tummy Shakes or pre-made oats and we’re done. But we gotta have those lunches ready. Here’s a few of our fav go-tos that we can make in bulk, so we don’t spend a lot of time actually prepping the food and you can mix it up with different sauces and such!


The Classic
Chicken Breast - make all five on a cookie sheet in the oven, just add spices. Brown Rice you can make a bunch at once. Then add your fav veggie as your side - (Roasted peppers + onion, carrot, broccoli, beans etc).
Grilled Veggie Salad

All the veggies you want, cleaned and chopped. Throw them in a bowl with some olive oil and seasoning, stir, then throw them on the BBQ (can use a cookie sheet as alternative). Pack lettuce in one container, and your grilled veggie in another and fav salad dressing - Mix when you’re about to eat.


Burrito Bowls
Make Quinoa, add beans and corn. Then when you pack your tupperware, add lettuce, salad and an avocado. BOOM burrito Bowl.
