Review on Our Strawberry Shakes!

Hi babes! My name is Amy and I’ve got a masssssive sweet tooth (I know I’m not the only one). With sweet cravings like mine, damn straight I had to go for the Strawberry Flat Tummy Shakes. I find my late-night snacking on the not-so-good-for-me treats has definitely prevented me from seeing real results.
My job keeps me pretty busy, so I don’t find snacking during my day-to-day routine has been an issue - I’m actually pretty good at staying on track between the hours of 8am-5pm! I already know my biggest weakness is later at night, so I pre-planned to have my shakes for dinner. I know a lot of people have them for breakfast, but for the purpose of what I’m trying to accomplish (snacking less), dinner made the most sense for me.
Here’s the downlow on how I fit the Flat Tummy Shake program into my routine. I ate normally during the day, then I did exactly what the directions told me to do: swapped out my dinner for 2x scoops of Strawberry Shakes.
My go-to mix was:
- 2 scoops of Strawberry Powder
- 1½ cups of water
- ⅓ cup of vanilla greek-yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 cup of ice
- Blended until perfectly smooth
I found this recipe actually kept me feeling full AND my kept cravings at bay (long enough to keep me away from the snack cupboard and make it to bed). Once I got my late night snack attacks under control, my tummy started showing progress pretty quick! I’m hooked on this new shake flavor!!
